Alternate costumes:

Highlight a fighter and then hold C and S and press Start.

Small Characters:

Highlight a fighter then hold:

Down+X+C and press Start.

Deformed characters:

Push Select ten times at the title screen. A chime will confirm it's worked.

Paper cut-out Style characters:

Push Right ten tmies on the Title screen.

Stick Figure characters:

Press Left ten times at the title screen.

Hidden Characters:

Complete the game four times to unlock the four hidden characters.
