Balue's Tower (Extra Vision) bonus level:

Save all 72 Phantomilians.

Music test:

Complete the Balue's Tower bonus game. A music test option will appear on the

level selection screen.

Control title screen:

Press L2 and R2 at the title screen to blow the leaves off the screen.

Level select:

Complete the game, then return to the title screen. Select the "Continue"

option, then select "Vision Cleared".

Fireworks:

Finish the Extra Vision stage with all 150 gems.
