To get hidden teams go to the team choosing stage of an exhibition game and highlight an old team (i.e. '68 Colts). Now hold L1 and R2 together. This is the secret random select option. Often it'll pick one of the usual teams, but now and then it may pick one of the hidden one's. (Tiburon, EA Sports, All Pro, All '50's, 60's, 70's 80's). A less hit and miss way of getting them is to enter your user ID as Tiburon and then go to the Team select screen to find the secret teams.
